We spend a lot of time with our patients and often do additional research on their behalf, prior to and after appointments.
Baltimore Lifestyle & Culinary Medicine is out of network and does not contract with insurance companies. Payment for visits and programs is expected prior to or at the time of service. We accept credit cards, checks and cash. You may also pay using a Health Savings Account (HSA).
At the end of each visit you will receive a receipt, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
In addition to time spent with you in person, we spend a lot of time prior to your appointment reviewing your information and preparing to see you. Due to this, it is important to cancel or reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any missed or late cancelled appointments.
